I had been looking for a pair of Sorel boots for a while, something both fashionable, but extremely durable and cold weather tested. I live in one of the coldest climates and after buying these boots, I don't think I'll ever need another pair. The craftsmanship is evident from the moment you take them out box, and I have yet to step into the snow and feel even the slightest bit of cold. A very feminine way to stay warm for a very long time. I would definitely buy another pair again, but the construction is so solid, that I don't think I will ever need to. 

These boots are amazing. They are lightweight, comfortable, INCREDIBLY warm and keep my feet dry. I was out in deep snow today for about four hours and was warm and dry the entire time. They are not as bulky as other Sorel boots but not as 'slim' as they appear in the photos, still very cute. I'm normally a size 8.5. I got the 8 and although they felt snug at first, they are fine.

I saw these shoes in a catalog for Free People Clothing.
The minute I noticed them I was hooked. The look/style of these boots is terrific. I ordered mine in tusk/stone, beautiful color.
These are well made. I received them today in my mail and I am so excited to share my thoughts as I can't wait for the snow to come.

NOW I am prepared for the New England Winter. I have a dog and a baby. Both require daily walks, preferably twice. I really wanted something comfortable and fashionable and this boot meets my expectations.

The fit is true to size. No need to wear thick socks to stay warm or to fill in space. As I walk in them they feel very comfortable and not to heavy.
I feel the outer sole has a fantastic grip which is very important when you walk through snow and ice.
from another review I know that these shoes will last for a very long time, not just one winter.

I would say $ 200 well spend. I can't wait for the SNOW!

a lot of the reviews say that these boots run a little big, and the Amazon sizing chart is slightly different to the sizing chart on the Sorel website. I used the Sorel sizing chart to select the correct size boot for me and I ordered exactly my size. When I received the boots they were a little snug, however after one days wear they fitted absolutely perfectly. Some people have complained that they are uncomfortable, and the first days wear gave me blisters on the back of my left heel, but after a days wear they were worn in and are just SO comfortable. I love them so much I have been wearing them everyday in the Danish winter. I have not had cold feet at all, even on a trip to Oslo where I was out all day in minus 14 degrees Celsius all day. They are just awesome and I am ordering another pair in another colour because they really are so perfect and SUPER SUPER cute too look at as well!

 These shoes are among the cutest shoes I ever bought. They are kind of big (feels like a size bigger then I am used to) but when you wear them an entire day You'll be greatful that they are a bit big. Your feet gets a bit bigger when you wear really warm shoes, and your feet gets kind of "pushed forwards" inside of them when you walk around in them(hard to describe...). I would definitly recommend these to my best friend :)

I wear these shoes to slim jeans and skirts, playing in the snow as well as out clubbing :)

Exactly what I wanted - lightweight, warm boots that go up to my knees. I have another pair of Sorels from hears ago and they're heavier and clunky and a but difficult to walk in - like the moon boots from my childhood. These are amazing - I didn't expect this level of comfort. The first day my toes were a bit chilled, but I had 1 pair of regular socks on, and it was 7 degrees out, so I could have dressed better.
These look much better on that in the photos, and my jeans tuck into them easily.
Highly recommended.

 These boots are everything I hoped they would be! I had to order a size 12, which is one size bigger than normal, and I'm glad I did. They fit! I've only had the chance to wear them out 4-5 times so far, but they are VERY comfortable and VERY cute!! They seem to be well made, so I am hoping they last for several years. I would definitely recommend these boots. Just keep in mind I normally wear a size 11, and after checking out Sorel's sizing chart, I decided to go with the 12. I was a little disappointed that the lace up part is not part of the leak proof part, but so far my feet still have not been cold or wet, even after shoveling through 2 ft. of snow. We shall see.

I love these boots. Those people who complain about the ankle room must be compairing these SNOW boots to FASHION boots. Yes there is a difference. I have had no problems with these boots. Sizing was great. I would not order down a size. Snow boots are not intended to be tight. If you are wearing tight boots in the winter your feet will be cold. I have had tons of compliments on them and they are very warm. Love love love them!
