Saw them in a catalog, fell in love but didn't want to pay the price. Found them on Amazon, abit cheaper, speedy delivery for those of us who prefer instant gratification. They're comfortable and go with just about anything. 

These sandals are beautiful. The color ( dusty rose) is very pretty and is a nice change from black. Very neutral. Sizing is a bit large; so based on other reviews, I went down 1/2 a size and they fit perfectly. Definitely one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn. Well-constructed with a cushy footbed and quality suede. My only qualm was price; after purchasing, I found them on another site for half the price! Amazon does not price mach, but they did refund 25% as a " courtesy".

Love these sandals. Not only stylish, but also very comfortable. First wore them on a trip to Belize, and even after 8 hours of flying and then arriving in humid 90 degree tropical heat, they continued to fit well as the suede straps easily adjust to any temporary swelling of the feet. Pricy, but worth the investment in looking and feeling great.

The soft soles and adjustable laces make these sandals among the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned; easy to walk in for long distances. The photos do little to show how flattering they are to ankles and calves, and they go with almost everything. (I had seen these elsewhere for a price I simply refuse to pay for sandals, no matter how much I like them...)

I have seen these in catalogs and admired them, but found an amazing price on Amazon a couple of months ago. I am so glad I did! They are like walking on air - the sole is so soft and comfortable. I think they are very stylish, especially with a summer cropped pant or casual dress. They run slightly large - I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 in shoes, and the 10 is long in length, but I like the way they fit. The tie adjusts the tightness at the ankle, so that should fit most. I highly recommend!

I followed the advice of other reviewers and sized DOWN one-half size. Perfect fit. This is my first "gentle souls" shoe and it is very soft leather upper and the insole is pretty cushy. I've just worn them around the house to test drive them, but I really like them! I bought the "periwinkle" (on a good sale price) and it is a soft dove gray with a very slight periwinkle twinge. More neutral than I would have imagined. I also think with this style, they'll never really go out of style--you just need to be comfortable wearing a style that has been around for, well, hundreds of years. I also saw on a blog that both Eileen Fisher and her daughter got a pair this summer--their ages are, what, 17 and 59? (And it's + or minus these ages, in my opinion: Pretty ageless and timeless.) I REALLY like these shoes--and I am a big shoe afficianado.
